CHURCH GROUNDS

 The Millennium Yew – planted in the year 2000 – has grown from 6” to 2’ 6” in 6 years and is now out of its guard on the left of the path.

 It will grow to match the other three shrubs ( 2 hollies and a yew) planted at the time the church was built .

Pop in for Prayer
– please join in if you can at Branston All Saints on Mondays 8 –8.30 am.

 
Sunday 15th July – Potterhanworth Summer Fete on the playing field at Queensway.

 
Sunday 30th July – Barbeque at
11.00 am – the only service that day is held in the Rectory Gardens at Branston (if wet, in the Village Hall).  All are welcome.

 Get your chain mended ready for the Annual Cycle Ride on September 9th in aid of the Lincolnshire (and our own) churches.

 
ORGAN RECITAL
– on Saturday 21st October at Nocton Church at 7.30 pm

 
HARVEST THANKSGIVING
followed by supper on Sunday 24th September at Nocton.

 
The Village Hall Management Committee invite you to a Coffee Morning on Wednesday 12th July from 9-12 noon in the Village Hall.  Come and meet your neighbours.

 
Friends of Nocton School would like to thank all the villagers who supported the Murder Mystery evening.  It was a huge success raising a total of £366.50.
