CHRISTIAN AID WEEK

Citizens of Nocton gave a total of £179.    Many thanks for the generous donors and to the collectors.


GROUNDSMAN
 is required for the Village Hall, circa 1 hour or so a week.  If you are interested, please contact Joan Franklin.

<>16th May –      Nellie Elizabeth Turner, aged 91.

                         Nellie was a long term resident of Nocton village and will be much missed by her friends,


FRIENDS OF NOCTON SCHOOL
would like to thank everyone who supported our Bag2School scheme.  We collected 760 kgs and the school received a cheque for £152.  We are planning to run the scheme again either next year or in 2007.  If you are able to store your unwanted clothes etc, can you please bear this in mind?

We would also like to invite families along to our Treasure Hunt and Barbeque on Sunday 17th July at 2pm, further details available in the Post Office and next month’s parish magazine.
