HARVEST THANKSGIVING is at 4 pm at Nocton Church on Sunday 5 October followed by Harvest Supper in the Village Hall.
Harvest Thanksgiving at Potterhanworth is on Sunday 21 September at 10 am.

COFFEE MORNING in the Village Hall - next is as usual on Wednesday 9 July from 10 am to 12 noon. All are welcome. The Village Hall kitchen has been completely 'redone'. Many thanks to all fundraisers and to 'Awards for All' for a substantial grant.
WOMEN'S INSTITUTE
Open meeting on Monday 14 July at 7.15 pm in the Village Hall. June Barton will speak on 'Pig Sties and Privies' - sounds interesting!
THE CRICKET CLUB will be organising its Annual Village Match on Sunday 20 July at 2 pm. All players, young or old, experienced or inexperienced, can be accommodated and are welcome to come and join in. There will be a small tea at 4.30 pm and a barbecue at 7 pm.
WALL PAINTINGS
I am pleased to say that Nocton Church has been awarded a £1000 grant towards the cost of a survey of the wall paintings with a view to restoration by Hirst Conservation.
THANK YOU to Matt and Lynne Corrigan for hosting a 'tea party' in aid of church funds on Sunday 22 June.
